又到了麗喆小寶貝最喜歡的 Cooking Class！

每次的烹飪課，孩子們期待的不只是可以做出什麼好吃的食物，更期待老師像變魔術一樣，把簡單的食材變成美味的點心！

這週我們做的是 地瓜塔 Sweet Potato Tart 

老師先把地瓜蒸熟，加入香濃的鮮奶油，讓孩子們親手壓一壓、拌一拌，再把完成的餡料放進蛋塔杯中，送進烤箱烤 30 分鐘。香噴噴的地瓜蛋塔就完成了！

孩子們在烹飪課中，不只享受動手做的過程和品嚐美食的快樂，更在一步一步的操作中，學習做事的順序與邏輯。這樣的經驗，對培養孩子的 專注力與邏輯思維能力 有很大的幫助！

Ritz kids always look forward to their favorite Cooking Class!

In every cooking class, the children don’t just look forward to making something delicious —

they also can’t wait to see the teacher turn simple ingredients into tasty treats like magic!

This week’s recipe was Sweet Potato Tart 

First, the teacher steamed the sweet potatoes and mixed them with fresh cream.

The children mashed and stirred the mixture by themselves, then filled the tart cups and baked them in the oven for 30 minutes.

Soon, the classroom was filled with the wonderful smell of freshly baked sweet potato tarts!

In cooking class, children not only enjoy the process and the delicious food,

but also learn how to follow steps in order.

These hands-on experiences help develop their focus, sequencing skills, and logical thinking.
