這個暑假，我們迎來了一群充滿朝氣的小一新生，本校特別規劃《小牧場。大冒險》戶外教育活動。選在苗栗知名的四方鮮乳牧場，孩子們在這裡度過了一段充滿驚奇與學習的美好時光。

首先，孩子們踏進牧場，近距離與乳牛面對面。透過專人導覽，他們不僅看見乳牛日常的生活，更了解酪農辛勤的工作方式，像是擠奶、餵食以及照顧乳牛的細節，讓孩子們對「牛奶從哪裡來」有了更深刻的體驗。這不只是一次參觀，而是一趟認識酪農文化的學習之旅。

緊接著，孩子們化身小小廚師，小小身子桿著麵皮，逐漸變得光滑、有彈性，麵團桿開後，可以隨心所欲鋪上佐料，孩子們眼中閃爍著成就的光芒，迫不及待品嚐自己親手製作的美味。

除了動手體驗，牧場的滑草場更是孩子的最愛，當滑草板順勢滑下，風聲呼嘯

，笑聲此起彼落，孩子們的興奮與喜悅感染了現場的每一個人。

小一是孩子邁向學習歷程的重要起點，在這個新階段，我們期待孩子能漸漸學

會獨立、勇敢探索世界。

Their adventure “Little Farm, Big Adventure” began with a warm welcome from the

farm’s gentle dairy cows. Guided by friendly farmers of the well-known Fourways

Farm in Miaoli, the children got a behind-the-scenes look at daily chores—milking,

feeding, and caring for the cattle. It wasn’t just about watching; it was about

understanding. For many, it was their first real connection to where milk comes from, and it sparked a newfound appreciation for the hard work behind every glass.

From Farm to Table – Little Chefs in Action

Next stop: the kitchen! The children became little chefs. With small hands rolling out dough, they worked patiently until it became smooth and elastic. After flattening the dough, they creatively added their favorite toppings. The pride in their eyes as they tasted their own creations? Absolutely priceless.

Grass-Sledding Thrills

And then came the squeals of joy—grass sledding! Zooming down the hill on sled

boards, the kids filled the air with laughter and excitement. It quickly became the

highlight of the day, and the hillside echoed with pure happiness.

Growing Independence & Wonder

First grade is a big step in every child’s journey. Through experiences like these, we

hope to nurture their independence, spark their courage, and inspire a lifelong love of exploration.
