每年寒暑假，除了是麗喆老師暫時休息、充電的時刻外，也是自我精進的重要機會。今年寒假，學校特別安排了兩項專業課程，讓老師們在教學之餘，持續提升專業能力與教育素養。

首先，主題為「守護，不只是責任：我們如何成為孩子的安全網」，由臺中市家庭暴力暨性侵防治中心吳督導蒞校，協助教師深入認識家庭暴力防治工作與兒少保護實務。透過實務案例解析，引導教師釐清脆弱家庭與兒少保護案件之差異，辨識值得注意或通報之情境，理解篩選派案機制與跨系統合作方式。同時，課程亦介紹三級預防概念，強化第一線人員在早期發現、適時介入與持續關懷中的角色，進一步提升教師對兒少安全議題之專業理解與校園通報敏感度，期盼教師能成為孩子身邊穩定且可靠的安全網，共同守護學生的身心安全與福祉。

其二，麗喆教師團隊也參加了 CPR（心肺復甦術）研習，展現了對學生安全與健康的高度重視。在研習中，老師們不僅學習了心肺復甦的基本步驟，還實際操作了成人與兒童急救模擬，掌握了在緊急情況下正確施救的方法。透過專業講師的指導，有效進行胸外按壓及使用自動體外心臟除顫器（AED），確保能在危急時刻迅速反應。此次研習不僅提升了教師的急救技能，也加強了校園安全防護意識，讓每位師長在面對突發事件時更有信心與能力保護學生。麗喆持續推動全校師生的安全教育，期盼用知識與技能守護孩子們的健康與幸福。麗喆持續秉持「用心教學、專業精進」的理念，讓每位孩子在溫暖與關懷的環境中快樂學習、健康成長。

Every winter break, Ritz teachers not only rest and recharge but also take the opportunity to grow professionally. This year, the school organized two special training programs to strengthen teachers’ skills and enhance student support.

The first, “Protection Beyond Responsibility: Becoming a Safety Net for Children,” guided teachers in recognizing vulnerable families, understanding child protection practices, and learning reporting procedures. It emphasized early detection, timely intervention, and ongoing care, helping teachers become reliable safety nets for students’ well-being.

The second program focused on CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training, where teachers practiced life-saving techniques for adults and children, including chest compressions and AED use. This strengthened their ability to respond confidently in emergencies and reinforced campus safety awareness.
