Congratulations! Kimberly, Huang Shin-En of Class 601 of Ritz Academy Wins Bronze Medal in the 2025 IEYI World Young Inventors Exhibition

本校601班黃歆恩同學在2025年IEYI（International Exhibition for Young Inventors）世界青少年發明展中，以卓越的創意與精湛的技術，榮獲銅牌殊榮，為校爭光。

黃同學的參賽作品「大型車輛主動式安全距離提醒裝置」展現了對交通安全的深刻關懷與創新思維。此發明針對大型車輛在行駛過程中因視線死角及距離感測困難，容易發生交通事故的問題，設計出一套智慧型提醒系統。該裝置可透過感測技術，偵測與前方車輛或行人之間的距離，並主動發出警示音或燈號，提醒駕駛保持安全距離，降低交通事故的風險。

此次IEYI世界青少年發明展吸引來自國內各級學校的年輕發明家參賽，競爭相當激烈。黃歆恩同學憑藉創新的構想與細緻的設計，成功脫穎而出，獲得評審團高度評價，最終榮獲銅牌殊榮，充分展現了本校學生的優秀素質與國際競爭力。

We are very happy to have Kimberly Huang who has achieved outstanding recognition by winning the bronze medal at the 2025 IEYI (International Exhibition for Young Inventors) Exhibition. With her exceptional creativity and technical expertise, Kimberly has brought great honor to our school.

The award-winning invention, "Active Safety Distance Reminder Device for Large Vehicles," demonstrates deep concern for traffic safety and innovative thinking. The device employs sensing technology to detect the distance between the large vehicle and objects such as other vehicles or pedestrians. It then actively emits warning sounds or signals to alert the driver to maintain a safe distance, thereby reducing the risk of accidents.

The IEYI World Young Inventors Exhibition attracted young inventors from various schools across the country, making the competition highly competitive. With an innovative concept and meticulous design, Kimberly stood out from the crowd and received high praise from the judging panel. Ultimately, the project won the bronze medal, fully demonstrating the outstanding qualities and international competitiveness of Ritz students.
