Towards a High-Tech Future – Junior High Career Development Seminar

本週的國中生涯發展教育講座，以「探索工程師職涯－走進機器手臂與智慧製造的世界」為主題，本校特別邀請上銀科技機器手臂部門陳炫綜副經理與同學分享。從手沖咖啡機器人到電動沐浴系統，帶大家看見「科技源於人性」，原來工程不只是技術，更是貼近需求、讓生活更便利的貼心設計。

講座中也提到水手計畫，上銀科技陪伴水五金與手工具產業轉型升級。這些曾創造台灣經濟奇蹟的產業，正面臨轉型挑戰，但也蘊藏新的可能，讓同學對未來有更多想像與認識。

在如數家珍介紹各式機器人後，講師暖心連結麗喆六大教育方針，鼓勵同學保有好奇心與想像力，勇敢嘗試、樂於合作、不怕失敗，在學習中慢慢找到自己的方向，為未來累積前進的力量。

This week’s career talk explored engineering careers, focusing on robotics and smart manufacturing. We invited Deputy Manager Chen from HIWIN Robotics to share real-world insights. From a robot barista to smart bathing systems, students saw how technology is designed to meet human needs and improve daily life.

The talk also introduced HIWIN’s “Sailor Project,” supporting the transformation of traditional hardware industries in Taiwan, opening new possibilities for the future.

Through engaging examples, students were encouraged to stay curious, think creatively, work collaboratively, and embrace challenges—gradually finding their own path and building strength for the future.
