今日由輔導室主辦的國中生涯講座，特別邀請到專任心理師 鄭群達心理師 蒞臨學校，與同學們分享他的求學歷程與工作經驗，帶領大家一探「諮商心理師」這份既專業又溫暖的助人工作。

講座一開始，鄭心理師就用生動的故事與實際案例，讓同學們發現：原來心理師的工作不只是「聽人說話」，而是透過專業的傾聽、同理與陪伴，像是一盞小小的導航燈，陪伴來談者慢慢理解自己的情緒與處境，整理心中的「打結線團」，一步步找到屬於自己的方向。

過程中，他也特別提醒大家，諮商工作最重要的基礎就是尊重、信任與嚴謹的專業倫理，因為每一段談話背後，都承載著一份真實而珍貴的生命故事。

講座最後，鄭心理師也鼓勵同學們，如果未來對「幫助他人」這件事充滿熱情，可以考慮就讀心理、輔導或諮商相關科系，持續培養專業能力。或許有一天，今天坐在台下的同學，也會成為那位陪伴別人走過迷霧的人。

Today's junior high Career Development Seminar invited  counseling psychologist Cheng Qun-Da to share his academic journey and professional experiences, introducing students to the people-centered work of counseling psychology.

He explained how counseling uses professional listening, empathy, and support to help individuals understand their emotions, sort through challenges, and find their own direction, while emphasizing the importance of respect, trust, and professional ethics.

He also encouraged students interested in this field to pursue studies in psychology, guidance, or counseling to develop their ability to help others.
