麗喆中小學以「綠能共學農場」為自然科教學基地，讓學生親手栽種各式植物，觀察種子發芽、生長與開花結果的過程。老師將課本知識與實際操作結合，帶領孩子學習植物構造、光合作用與生態循環。透過照顧小田圃，學生不僅體驗勞動的樂趣，更培養責任感與環境保護意識。孩子們在泥土中發現生命的奧秘，從觀察、記錄到分享，學習在自然中思考與探索，展現出科學素養與對土地的熱愛。

Ritz Academy uses the “Green Energy Co-Learning Farm” as a natural science learning base, where students personally plant various crops and observe the process of seed germination, plant growth, flowering, and fruiting. Teachers integrate textbook knowledge with hands-on practice, guiding students to learn about plant structures, photosynthesis, and ecological cycles. Through caring for their small field, students not only experience the joy of labor but also develop a sense of responsibility and environmental awareness. In the soil, they discover the wonders of life — observing, recording, and sharing their findings. They learn to think and explore in nature while demonstrating scientific literacy and a deep love for the land.
