清涼一夏「摸蛤趣」~ 麗喆暑期戶外教學

利用暑假期間，本校讓孩子展開一場「摸蛤兼洗褲」，一場別開生面的戶外教學之旅。孩子們脫下鞋襪，捲起褲管，浸入水中賣力摸蛤，驚呼連連，體會難得一見的自然體驗，讓孩子們學習如何親近土地、尊重自然。

除了撈蛤蜊，也安排了撐竿划船，讓孩子站在竹筏上，手持長竿，在水中練習掌握方向與平衡，激發團隊合作與勇氣。此外，他們還動手製作傳統童玩「竹蟬」，在老師的指導下，小手忙碌又認真，學習古早技藝的樂趣與成就感。

透過這次戶外教學，不僅讓學生遠離3C產品，還深刻體驗到農村生活的單純與美好。對許多孩子而言，這是人生中第一次摸蛤、第一次撐竹筏，也是在都市裡從未有過的珍貴經驗，為他們的童年增添了難忘而精彩的一頁。

During the summer break, Ritz organized a unique outdoor education trip: a fun-filled “clam-digging and pants-washing” experience. The children took off their shoes, rolled up their pants, and eagerly waded into the water to dig for clams. With excited squeals and laughter, they immersed themselves in a rare and unforgettable encounter with nature, learning to connect with the land and respect the environment.

In addition to clam digging, students also tried pole rafting. Standing on bamboo rafts and holding long poles, they practiced steering and balancing in the water, building courage and teamwork.

Through this outdoor learning experience, students were not only able to take a break from screens and technology but also to appreciate the simplicity and beauty of rural life. For many, it was their first time digging for clams or standing on a bamboo raft—memories impossible to find in city life. This special day added a meaningful and unforgettable chapter to their childhood.
