根據PISA 2022數據，臺灣15歲學生數學平均547分，明顯高於OECD平均472分；其中32%的學生達到數學高表現層級。當我們已經具備扎實的數學學習基礎，更值得思考的是：如何讓孩子不只「會算」，更能「理解、推理、表達與應用」。

麗喆中小學特別邀請陳維民博士蒞校，開設數學系列教師研習，並展開一整學期的觀課與議課，透過眾多「數學腦」的持續專業對話，讓每間教室成為教師共同成長的學習場域。

陳維民老師強調，數學不只是計算與解題，更重要的是從生活情境出發，引導孩子經歷「經驗、察覺、理解」的歷程，在探究、操作、討論與辯證中，逐步建立數學思維與分析能力。

這份理念，也與麗喆長期深耕數學教育的方向相互呼應。在原本扎實且專業的數學團隊基礎上，透過專家引領、課堂觀察與同儕議課，我們持續看見教學的可能性，精進每一個提問、每一次引導，讓孩子不只是「會算數學」，更能理解數學、說出理由、享受思考。

Ritz Academy is delighted to welcome Dr. Chen Wei-Min, who is leading professional mathematics workshops, classroom observations, and reflective discussions throughout the semester.

Through exploration, hands-on activities, discussion, and real-life contexts, students are encouraged to experience, notice, understand, and think mathematically.
