運動十分鐘,情緒與體力同步進步!

麗喆的孩子們自十月起,每週一次,在大下課時間迎來一場活力盛會。他們或是在體育館中隨著音樂快樂起舞,或是沐浴在陽光微風下,在操場上盡情奔跑!

​本學年度規劃「跳舞」與「跑步」作為每週的團體活動,讓學生能不受拘束地轉換情境與環境,有效緩解學習壓力。

​低年級的學弟學妹們跟著音樂律動,除了能訓練肢體協調外,更可以在歡快的樂聲中,建立自信,勇敢展現自我。

​學長學姊們則可依據體能選擇跑步或走跑。這不僅能強化心肺功能,更能增進耐力與專注力。持續跑一小段路,將有助於他們在課堂上更集中精神,學習效果自然事半功倍。


Since October, Ritz students have enjoyed a weekly burst of activity during extended recess. Some dance to lively music in the gym, while others run freely outdoors, soaking in sunshine and fresh air.

This year’s program includes weekly dance and running sessions that let students change their environment, reset their minds, and relieve academic stress. Lower-grade students build coordination, confidence, and self-expression through dance, while older students choose between running or run-walk activities suited to their fitness levels. These routines strengthen cardiovascular health, boost endurance, and improve focus—helping students learn more effectively
