Special Delivery at Ritz Academy!

This week, our Grade 1 students received a surprise letter… from none other than our principal! While walking through the hallways, he noticed something missing—our magic words like please, thank you, and excuse me weren't being used as often as they should be. So, he wrote to the students asking for their help to fix this important problem.

To everyone’s surprise, the principal hand-delivered the letter himself to each classroom! The students were thrilled and quickly got to work. Each class wrote their own letter back, filled with kind and creative ideas on how to bring the magic back into our daily conversations. Once finished, they proudly posted their letters into the special mailbox outside the principal’s office.

This interactive activity wasn't just a fun surprise—it was also the perfect way to kick off our letter writing unit and show our students how writing can make a real impact!

這週，麗喆小一學生收到了一封驚喜的信件……竟然是來自校長的！當他在巡堂時，發現有些東西是學生缺少了——他們已經忘記了常用一些英文的「魔法用語 magic words」，如「Please 請」、「Thank you 謝謝」和「Excuse me 不好意思」。於是，校長寫信一封英文信給一年級的學生們，請大家幫忙解決這個重要的問題。

令人驚喜的是，校長親自把信送到每一間教室！學生們都興奮不已，立刻投入行動。每一班都很用心寫信回覆校長，裡面充滿了溫暖又有創意的點子，希望能把這些「魔法用語」帶回我們每天的生活中。信件寫好後，學生們很自豪地把信件投進了校長辦公室外特別設置的大信箱裡。

這個活動不僅是一個有趣及充滿互動的驚喜，更是外師設計在小一英文書信寫作單元的完美開場，也讓學生們親身體會到寫作真的可以產生影響力！
